26yrold Mother Abigail Witchalls is recovering in hospital, after being stabbed in the neck, while out for a walk in Surrey england, with her 2 yrold son Joseph, who was unharmed..She has been left completely paralysed and police and desperately trying to gather evidence to find her attacker before he strikes again.Ms Witchalls can communicate with her family via facial expressions ands moving her eyes and lips...However her injuries are so severe she is not expected to make a a full recovery.
Who ever did this is very sadistic. Not only have they severely injured the poor victim orf their aggression, but the child will ultimately suffer if its mother is going to need looking after, because its mother won't be able to support it as well as she would have probably wanted to.

Yes its the worst crime I've heard in ages and its angered me that she will struggle to live independently and care for her son,at least her Father is giving her all the support she could ask for

...plus Ms Witchalls may still be in spinal shock, so it may be too early to tell, if she will regain any movement..there is that period after paralysis where its too easy to say, you wont ever move again...I wouldn't give up on her just yet...
2 people a man and a woman had voluntarily gone to the police and remain in custody,however its not known if they are the attackers...
